Thank you for having a look at Chris Inman Photography located in exciting Las Vegas, the town that never sleeps and there’s always something to do or go see. This “Blog-site” is a format that fits my personality and need for ease of use. I can update it regularly and often with the great moments that you allow me to capture. If you have retained my services, you will see some teasers here soon after your session. I get to document some great events with some absolutely fabulous people, and I want the world to see how wonderful you are.
I am a native to Las Vegas, born and raised, and love this town and all the great places surrounding it.
I have a lot of passions in my life as I like to “mix-it-up” and keep busy with one thing or another. But photography is one of the oldest passions of mine. I remember buying my first camera, a Polaroid Instamatic, with my first paycheck as a teen, and taking pictures of everything from the family cats to me “pumping iron” in a perm hairdo (I know T-M-I but both my mom and sister where aspiring hairdressers). I took photography classes in high school and worked for a commercial photography company right out of school.
Well, duty called and I joined the U.S. Marines just before the Desert Storm conflict. At least I had a good excuse to get rid of the perm! And although I took my camera along to document as much as I could, my photography wained as a war, a return to “normal” life, kids and a new career ensued.
With my mom’s remarriage a few years ago, as well as other signs from the universe, I have renewed my interest and my gear to bring you energy, fun and great capture to your event. Although weddings are my favorite event to photograph; if it’s your kids or family portraits, eagerly expecting or recent arrival, corporate event, architectural or sports documentary, I will provide you with a unique approach to catch way more than just a snapshot.
