I promised Vanyel some portraits of her for her 14th birthday, so we made a little trip to Calico Basin area near Red Rock just outside of Las Vegas. There is a wonderful Meadow park out there complete with boardwalk. Very picturesque and so is she!

Ok,, so the first video was FAST and EXCITING! However, maybe a little too aggressive for some of our audience. So, through the magic of whatever magic exists, I have remixed Megan and Ben’s video. It still moves pretty quick to fit all the photographs in, but it’s a little mellow-er, if that’s indeed a word. Let me know what you think in the comments box below. Enjoy!
- Awesome! You made me cry again but, in a good way. Love you and Thanks for being so talented and well you know... you!
I think it turned out perty damn good myself!
- I like this a lot. Needs a pause or slow button but hard to do with the music and all. Hey thanks a lot for sharing. Dad
For my professional photographer friends, this is a great article on how to treat and respond to our clients and to build lasting relationships with our clients.
A U.S. Navy captain was about to start the morning briefing to his staff. While waiting for the coffee machine to finish its brewing, the captain decided to pose a question to all assembled.
He explained that his wife had been a bit frisky the night before and he failed to get his usual amount of sound sleep.
He posed the question of just how much of sex was “work” and how much of it was “pleasure?”
A commander chimed in with 75-25% in favor of work.
A lieutenant said it was 50-50%.
An ensign responded with 25-75% in favor of pleasure, depending upon his state of inebriation at the time.
There being no consensus, the captain turned to the seaman who was in charge of making the coffee. What was HIS opinion?
Without any hesitation, the young seaman responded, “Sir, it has to be 100% pleasure.”
The captain was surprised and, as you might guess, asked why?
“Well, sir, if there was any work involved, the officers would have me doing it for them.”
The room fell silent.
God bless the enlisted man.
Steve and Dani Ann Bond had a beautiful wedding ceremony in their sweet, hotel suite at The Hotel. A limo ride and some fun photographs at a nice Venice themed hotel (nameless to protect the innocent)
topped off our day for this fun and endearing couple. Here are a few teasers, all in black and white, well almost all B&W.

What a great trip, driving over 3000 miles, 60 hours of drive time, photographing my Niece’s wedding, visit my favorite place in the world, Glacier National Park. It don’t get no better than this.

Remember,, it's all about the Bride!
What a nice little trip this was to get out of town and up to the wonderful Northern Nevada area of Lake Tahoe. The weather couldn’t have been better and the cool lake side air made for a great beach ceremony. Here’s your teaser Tina, I know you’re chompin’ at the bit to see ‘em!

I have a slide show of some of my favorite photographs from our recent Dry Lake Bed shoot put on by our PUG. Click the image to view the slide show! (17 pics)
